Hello,
I own an AIO and the way I have it now is that the inlet and outlet tubes are on the top of the radiator (mounted vertically). Now I've seen many official answers about this (including this video at 2:50: https://youtu.be/yaV3PNquqb8?t=171 ), that the tubes should be on the bottom.
This sounds logical as they have a small air pocket in them but the thing is that when I face the tubes down, shortly after the pump gets a bit noisy. Now if then I quickly flip the radiator so the tubes are on the top it sounds exactly as if the water filled up the pump again and the air bubbles got flushed out, making the pump silent. This is really weird as I would expect it the other way around. Temps are exactly the same no matter the orientation. I'm only concerned about the lifespan of the product.
Question is, how should I mount the radiator then, tubes up or down?
