[SOLVED] AIO Cooler and Fan headers.

I just received my thermaltake floe 280 aio cooler and had some questions on wiring the components. I have an Asus z370e MB and current have the pump plugged into in the aio pump header. My question is should I plug the two fans on the radiator into the CPU_FAN & CPU_OPT header or plug into the provided thermaltake controller. If I plug into the controller will it automatically control fan speed as the CPU heats up or will the fan speed only amp up with it plugged into the CPU _FAN & CPU_OPT headers.

Ideally I'd like to control all of the rgb lighting through one program instead of using aura and the thermaltake software.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The fans are RGB and are proprietary. They will only function when plugged into the bundled controller/hub.
