As the Core i9 10900k can peak at 325 TSP at least, I believe an AIO is in order. A 360 mm Z73 Kraken for overclocking, with the ASUS RTX 3080 10GB ROG STRIX should be great. That with CORSAIR HXi Series, HX1000i, 1000 Watt, 80+ Platinum Certified, Fully Modular, will make a killer machine. Although, I will probably end up overclocking the GPU and CPU.

What are your thoughts?

Solution
A 10900K has no real OC headroom to speak of, and neither does the 10700K or 10850K; Intel already squeezed the crap out of the silicon from the factory.
The i9 also has the exclusive Thermal Velocity Boost which is automatically active below 70C, making manual OC less practical.
The cooler choice is still fine regardless.
