AIO Cooler turns off

My AIO cooler turns off after boot( entering windows) and turns back at the last second during shutdown, the cooler is not broken or anything, it just turns off ( no led from the plate or water flow.

Ok, I've had a look at the manuals for each. If the AiO's manual is to be believed the pump is a three pin connector, correct? Furthermore, it looks like the fan has a 4 pin connector on it, correct?

If this is correct, I think this is what is happening. ASUS says that it auto detects the type of fans plugged into the CPU and CPU_OPT. However since your pump is controlled DC and the fan is controlled PWM, I think the BIOS is not setting it up correctly. I think to correct this, the easiest thing to do is go into the BIOS, go into Monitor. Find the setting CPU Q-Fan control and select DC Mode. This should control the pump and the fans. Even though the fans are PWM, they can be controlled with DC Mode, they just won't be able to...
That is odd. What motherboard do you have? Which AiO do you have?

I don't know for sure, but if your pump speed is controlled by motherboard and it has a 3 pin connector, it could be your motherboard is providing too little voltage to get it to turn. Is there a connector for the pump going to the CPU fan header?

There is also a CPU Fan Profile, it will be set to Standard. You could leave this for now and see if the above changes help. Later you can tune it with Manual and create your own profile, or you could pick a predefined one. If however you find you are still in the same situation, then you should set it to Turbo.

Do you have Ai Suite installed? This could also be interfering with the fan operation as there are fan profiles there that will override what is in the BIOS.

It didnt work it didnt doesnt show led or flow but yet the temperature is around 40-58c
 


No, it is 4 pin to the pump but is 4 pin for the fan , I dont have Ai Suite installed
 
Well glad you got it sorted. Did you leave the fan on the CPU fan header?

The only downside to going that route is that you can't monitor the pump speed. Technically speaking if the pump fails, if monitored the computer would shut down to protect it from overheating. Without it monitored, there isn't that protection.
 


You know my pump hasn't been working because of this for weeks and the temperature was still low and it hadn't crash.
 
That is weird. Under load if a pump quits the CPU should overheat very quickly as the water is no longer circulating.

I'm wondering if the pump was being controlled by DC mode at a low speed. Since the LED uses that power also, it's possible the voltage was too low to turn it on. Maybe your pump was actually working at a very slow speed. Because as I said, without circulation, the heat should build fairly quickly. Not instantaneously though, it may take a while. I've never had a water pump fail (leak, yes, stop, no), but from what I've read, the temp will rise steadily and most often the system will start to throttle, shutdown or BSOD / crash.

So I'm guessing that it was actually turning. If you want some sort of test, you could leave the pump unplugged and see if your temps behave the same as when you thought it wasn't working. I'm betting it won't.
