Ive just build a new pc and I planned to make it with the 360 AIO in the top-mounted and realised it won't fit so now the only option is tubes up front mounted. I have the tubes on the aio at the bottom and was wondering if this is the reason I'm get around 57-60 degrees idle. GPU is fine at 40c. the thermal paste is Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut liquid metal. the weird thing I just did a stress test for 30mins and only peaked at 65 degrees max on CPU. Room temperature was around 28 degrees at the time too.

That's not what it means to have the tubes at the bottom. Tubing top/bottom refers to area where the tubes enter the radiator - in other words, you're still tubing top.

Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut
Best used with delidded(applied under the IHS) or direct die mounted cpus.
Stains and can form an alloy between the metals in the IHS and cooler.

As for the actual problem, I'm unable to tell with what you've provided so far.
-No idea what all the hardware is
-Can't tell how the hybrid coolers fans are oriented
-Unknown stress test
That kind of stuff.

Its a asus strix 360 lc cooler with a 5600x amd cpu. Im just wondering if the positioning of the actual pump with the tubes at the bottom instead of rotating it 90 degrees a possible reason for such high idle temps
