Question AiO for i9-9900KS

Hey,
Can you help me which AiO to chose for my i9-9900KS? I am choosing between
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360P Silver Edition,
Thermaltake Water 3.0 360 ARGB Sync CL-W234-PL12SW-A,
NZXT Kraken X72 RL-KRX72-01, and
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB MLX-D36M-A20PC-R1.
Price, RGB, looks and similar stuff are not important.
Things I am looking for are how good they are at cooling this CPU, level of noise they produce while cooling, and will they allow optimal temps while overclocking this CPU.

EVGA 280mm is best unless you NEED a 360mm. If you really need or want a 360mm then the x72, but the EVGA outperforms it
