AIO Ghetto "Mod"

Hi all!

I have a Corsair H60 cooler, and I'm putting it into a black and white build.

Firstly, is the bracket that goes on the front of the motherboard to hold the cooler on to the processor paintable? I wanted to spray it white.

Secondly, is there something I could put 'around' the tubes? Of course, swapping the tubes would be very hard.
It may look a bit ghetto (I hope it doesn't) but is it possible to buy net or wire that would loop around the tube? A bit like braided cable...

Look at the tubes in here:

That is simple plastic wire wrap around the tubes, found in any automotive store. $6 for 15'(5 meters) ea, in various sizes and colors.
