AIO H90 Liquid Cooler Fan Swap

So lately i've noticed that the fan that the corsair h90 comes with is very noisy. when i have my headphones in, its not that noticeable but when i'm watching videos on my speakers, it is quite noticeable. So i've looking on the market for the best fan replacement because its the loudest thing in my system. My budget is $30 canadian

You cant go wrong with Noctua fans. They are very quite, but I think they are ugly.

I have the corsair ml pro 140mm. They have a 120mm version as well. They are very good fans with no bearings which make them very quite.

would this be a reliable fan? Im looking for a very quiet and good performing fan

its also a bit cheaper than the corsair fan?
