[SOLVED] AIO in Corsair 1000D dual system build?

I am getting ready to buy the parts for my new pc which includes an iTX gaming build and a ATX editing/programming build. I want to use AIO cooling on both but im concerned there wont be a way to AIO cool the iTX build due to tubing length or room restrictions (wouldnt there be a gpu from the ATX build blocking the AIO from the iTX). Am I correct or is there a way?

Note: My Plan is to use a Corsair H150i Pro for the ATX and a Corsair H115i Pro for the iTX

If you're willing to change the PC case, then you can do AIO cooling on both systems problem free. E.g with Thermaltake Core W200, you can have 2x full sized builds in it (up to XL-ATX MoBo),

But if you're dead set on 1000D case, then you will need to find another way to cool your mini-ITX setup since standard AIO tubing isn't long enough to reach from CPU to a rad. It might reach if you put the mini-ITX rad as rear exhaust but without actually trying it, there's no way to tell if it reaches or not.
