AIO LCD failing--repair or replace unit?

The LCD touchscreen in a Dell 2330 AIO is failing after 20 months. Dell will repair the unit on-site for $319; replacement cost for the unit as a whole would be $600-650. No other operating or capacity problems. What would you do?

Green cast in some areas (right side) , delayed startup (lines on bottom after emerging from sleep).

hookup an external monitor for testing purposes to see if it has same issue or not because if it does then a onboard videocard problem.

No problems with external monitor--strictly the AIO display, not the graphics chip.
