Hello, How's everyone?
So i have I7 6700K (no-OC) and Corsair H115i AIO liquid cooler and my CPU temp was in 50-60s C when Idle(for past 2 months) so my first instinct was to apply thermal because it's been a year since i last applied the thermal. So after applying the thermal paste my CPU temp went back to where its suppose to be at idle 20-30s C. But the next day it went to 30-40s and then the next dat it went to 40-50s and then the next day from 40-60s like it was before applying the paste.
My liquid cooler is working fine, The CPU transfer the heat as one of the the pipe is hotter and the other one is cold which means CPU transferring the heat to the Cooler and then the cold liquid is going back to CPU.
So what other reason could be for the CPU to get this high at idle or there is really something wrong with the cooler and when i game it goes in 90s, normally It never goes higher than 75C.
And i didn't applied the paste my self I went to the pro from where i built my PC.
