I have a Nepton 240m mounted in the top of a Cooler Master Mastercase 5 Pro. I have the fans on top blowing down through the rad and the and the hosees to the block are at the bottom. Is this the wrong way to set it up. I can't get the fans inside blowing out because of space. I'm not sure if I can mount it in the front, as I haven't tried. Can someone who knows about air flow tell me if this is ok or can I just spin the fans around to pull air through the rad. I can't see this working worth a damn but what do I know. (not much obviously)

Solution
Nothing entirely wrong with having top mounted radiator as intake.

Technically pulling cool air through the radiator is ideal.

I don't like to do it because that means it is sucking air down into the case. So anything that settles on top of the case gets sucked in. If you have filtered intakes that are easy to get to, then it is okay.

I like to have filtered intake at the front and top/rear exhaust myself. This prevents the most dust build up. Though I think some of the coolest configs I have seen are Rear intake, Top mounted radiator as exhaust. Then you are are still getting very fresh air into the radiator and not fighting the natural rise of heat.

Not too much effort to try them all and see which does best.
