AIO or Air Cooler for i5 7400?

So I decided to pick up a i5 7400...And what cooler should I pick with it ?Where I live theres mostly Deepcool coolers.I can try and maybe get other brands from neighbour country if needed.

-I will boost i5 7400 to 3.5 GHz
-Air cooler should not be too massive
-And if AIO then only 120 mm radiator.

AIO water cooling is really only worth it for either the looks or for very high overclocks on high-end CPUs.

For a 7400, a good air cooler will be cheaper and quieter.

You could use the stock cooler since its a low clock speed i5, you certainly don't need a liquid cooler it wouldn't do anything for you. If you just want to reduce noise something like the Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 would be fine.

I agree with Dunlop. The stock cooler that comes with that CPU should be plenty. This isn't an overclocking CPU and the clock speeds are lower than something like the i5-7500 or i5-7600k so the temperatures should be lower too.
