Question AIO or AIR??

Debating going with a sealed cooler (AIO) over an air cooler like a 212 evo. What would you all recommend??

Only trying to keep the stock clock's as of now but want to run the pc as efficiently as possible while minimizing noise!

212 is a relatively entry-level/budget air cooler, 240 mm AIO has more overall cooling surface area.

Based on this, your answer is an air cooler. AIOs are usually not that quiet by comparison.
