Does AIO cooler pump connector works on fan controller?

It depends on an AIO. Most high-end AIOs (e.g Corsair H100i v2) only relay the RPM data via the 4-pin wire to the MoBo, to fool the MoBo that there's a CPU fan installed. While other AIOs can use it as a source of power as well, e.g Corsair H60.
