I have a i7 8700k with a Corsair Hydro Series H100i V2
The Fans on the my aio are spinning and i don't have overheating issues but of course i want my expansive pump to work. Every thing is plugged in so i don't know what is wrong. Maybe i did something wrong but i don't what it is.

Solution
As Alex mentioned, you're probably plugged into the CPU_FAN header = that's the recommended installation. However, do make sure that you set this header to 100%/Full Speed/Control Disabled (the terminology varies by motherboard). It does need the full 12V at all times.

I plugged my cables differently and first pc didn't even boot. PLugging from cpu fan to opt made pc not boot up but my aio is now working. I said my cpu to full speed i hope that's what you mean.
