My first build.
No matter how I wire the cables the bios don’t read my AIO pump depending on how I wire them, the radiator fans don’t spin at all.

Every time I boot it up it pops an error saying CPU fan speed error

I don’t understand how I get the problem at all or what causes it

First and foremost, please list your full system's specs like so:
CPU+CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Trying to troubleshoot blind, is only time consuming.

Second, how did you connect the AIO's pump header? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Usually the AIO needs to go onto a CPU_FAN header and the fans power off the pump/block but most AIo designs will vary from rebadge to rebadge. I say rebadge since their OEM is Asetek.
