Not necessarily. The pump may not be connected to the pump header on the motherboard.I have an AIO pump connected to my processor. But it's speed doesn't show up here. Is something wrong ?
Got the pc built by a vendor a few days back.

Does it cool your CPU properly? If so then it is working normally.
It is not required to have it connected to the pump header. What cooler do you have?I think it is working properly. I can run games and other applications without the pc shutting down.
How to confirm whether it's working properly or not?
Also, should i try to find the pump header and connect to that ?

It is very possible that the pump is connected to the "CPU_OPT" header, based on the much higher RPM than the CPU fan.
I think the best thing for you to do is to read the motherboard manual and the cooler manual. My cooler is DeepCool Gammaxx 240 A RGB.
What would be the advantage/disadvantage of connecting it to CPU_OPT header vs pump header ? Any links you can point me to?
Thank you
