[SOLVED] AIO Pump problem?

I have h80i aio from my old build that worked without any problems before but now it's showing some questionable but yet not serious problems.
When i boot it shows cpu fan error. I checked that fans work but that the pump shuts down every other day once for 2-10secs(the humming stops for that time). Videos will keep working without problems, but any application opened during that moment wont open before the pump starts working again. It's very odd that when ever i do have hwmonitor on pump wont shut down.
It wont come right away after starting computer. Usually after 30mins or soon later.

I haven't yet noticed any damage or performance loss. H80i aio pin header is 3pin and it's connected to 4pin connector but that shouldn't matter, should it? The sata port should be working because PSU is brand new.
This has only happened when i have been on desktop or when it's using >20% never in games. What worries me is that it will happen ingame while stress.

An intermittently failing pump is a failing pump. I would replace it or RMA if it's still under warranty.

Problem solved. My pump was headed to aio_pump pin header but in corsair webpage they command to put it in cpu_fan header. Mb
The pump haven't shut down since.
