Question AIO to Mobo

Any help would be appreciated. My first build in 13 years and first time using an AIO cooler. I purchased the Antec DF 700 flux case which has a Argb controller with the case. My motherboard is a gigabyte. asorus elite ax. I bought this. Veetro lurker V240 AIO and I’m not sure how to hook it up to the motherboard. I can’t find where to plug the pump in. It looks like the pen had four holes but one of them is blocked off all my fan headers on the motherboard or 4 pins.
