Question Aio trouble

Hello all so I put some new fans in my pc didn’t do anything but switch fans went to turn pc back on and the front cover of my aio isn’t lighting up anymore it’s reading in bios and still pumping but the lit up front panel isn’t on any suggestions ?

First suggestion, List your parts, old and new !!! There's a planet wide shortage of crystal balls due to covid.

All I switched was an exhaust fan on the back and I unplugged the old and plugged the new in the same spot
