Hi

I have a rog Z690-f motherboard and a Ryugin 2 AIO on Windows 11 every few months the screen disappears and a message USB device could not be found appears
Under device manager the tab reads:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Under events

Device settings for USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\6&1ac4990d&0&2 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.

Last Device Instance Id: USB\VID_0781&PID_556B\2004260500117582363A
Class Guid: {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}
Location Path:
Migration Rank: 0xF000FFFFFFFFF132
Present: false
Status: 0xC0000719

When unplugged and replugged in after deleting from devices the AIO screen starts working again then after 3-4 months screen fails again with the same error

Does anyone know a permanent fix for this

Please advise

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? See if reinstalling the chipset driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, helps resolves the issue.

After reading this reddit, I don't think it's a compatibility issue. How is the AIO mounted in your chassis? Make and model of your case?
