AIR and Cfg files for FS9

Hi all and FS9 development team

I would like to ask if any one knows where to find any
extensive information on the information, I would like to
get some more understanding and in the end make the files
from scratch, I fly helos a lot and it seems that the
configs all coms from the 206 or r22 with some tinkering,
and I cant seem to find any detailed info on the subject.

Can any one help please ?


If the people at MS that works with the SIM dev. have any
advice to give please.

Hi Katy

Yes I have and the info regarding the AIR and cfg file is
not that extensive, I think its a bit sad I should say
that FDE for the choppers and aircraft has its begining in
the Cessna 182 from the begining, I would like to be able
to make something from the begining to better fitt with
the new designs that gets out, and learn the values and so
from trail and error will take a life time, I just thought
when the option to make new models is there and so bigg,
but the dynamic side of it all is rather limited.

But Hovercontrol, flightsim.com and so on I am a member
of, if there is no more extensive information to get for
the issuie I will put to gether the bits and pises that
people in the comunity have collected.

Hi again Katy

My respons was not intended to be unpolite if it looked
like that, If I understood it right You work for Microsoft
and took You time to answer, I thank You, Its just a bit
of frustration, Its a very good simulator and a big
comunity of developers for new models, but any real base
or info on how the dynamic files is constructed does not
seem to exist, its mainly two originals or one cessna and
bell206 thats is tweaked and for those great models thats
beeing created I dont think its fiar with no real try to
get the dynamics right, someone should have the
information they are still created.
