Air bubbles keeps building up in my water block and tubing.

I installed the system almost 6 months ago.

I have a recurring problem with air bubbles building up in my water block and tubing. Every few weeks when I look at my water cooling loop I notice a very large bubble coming out of the water outlet port on my water block. And a lot of smaller air bubbles along the inner walls of the tube that runs from the outlet of my water block back to my res/pump.

When I notice this, I remove the side panel and tilt the PC case, I watch the huge bubble migrate from the water block back into the res, I then use a screw driver to tap on the tube to get all of those smaller bubbles cleared out of the line.

Problem is, I have to constantly do this to keep my system clear of bubbles. A few weeks after I clear the bubbles, they all return, in the exact same manner, very large bubble in water block and small bubbles in the tube from waterblock out to reservoir.

Why does this keep happening? I bled the system for an hour or two after I got it installed. Do I need to remove the reservoir plug and let it run some more to let more air escape the system?

Solution
Could be that air wasn't purged correctly and the system keeps recycling the bubbles back into the loop. This can happen if there isn't enough headspace in the reservoir and the pump inlet to where the pump pulls air back into the loop.

#1) When you do this next time and get the air trapped in your reservoir, shut down the system and refill your reservoir to displace the air. Then see if you have the same issue.

#2) If you continue to get the same air bubble but have replaced water each time, you have a leak.

#3) If your water level stays the same each time, you are cycling the same air through your loop. Just continue step #1 above until the issue goes away.
Is your water level staying the same? Could be pulling in air somewhere or a small leak? Also, where is your radiator? Top mounted? You may have to lean your case back and forth, side to side to work out an air pocket. Still, I don't think it would take 6 months to work out microbubbles. At least not from what I've seen myself and read.
