Apparently the air cooler is always running at same speed regardless of CPU being on iddle or full load. Already checked the SmartFan option on the BIOS and its set to automatic as expected.

This is the air cooler in question, and its supposed to range from 800 up to 1800 RPM but as you guys can see its always at 1600.

Not familiar with that "Snowman" cooler.

However if your system is working well then the old saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it" applies.

What you need to watch for is some situation when things heat up and the cooler does not cool at any RPM.

1600 RPM being towards the top may indicate that things are hot but also being successfully cooled.

Movement towards 1800 RPM may be a warning....

But it runs at 1600 RPM even in iddle, and as you can see its not even close to being hot. My GPU's goes from 1200 iddle to 2000+ while in use, so I just thought the same should happen to my CPU's fan.

Doesn't always running at high speed reduces the fan's lifespam and increases power consumption?
