Air Cooler For Intel i7 8700K Running @ Stock in Regular Periods of Turbo Mode

Questions re air cooling and the Intel i7 8700K with the following in consideration:

• 
  Running at stock - No Overclocking.
  Regular gaming and video editing.

With this in mind, regardless of not overclocking, would I do well to purchase a more efficient/beefier air cooler (as opposed to sock air cooler) to assist where turbo mode will be utilized frequently?

I wonder if the stock air cooler and fan that comes with the i7 8700k is adequate to keep the cpu satisfactorily cool long durations of gaming and video editing; whereby the performance of cpu will last longer over time.

The only other factor I am concerned about is NOISE! Are there air coolers out there that may be quitter than the stock cooling CPU fan yet still have better cooling performance?

8700K doesn't come with a cooler.

1. you need to buy a cooler. 8700k does not come with one.
2. BeQuite! Shadow Rock Slim is quite silent and good enough especially for no-OC.
3. To have a silent system, you to have everything else silent too (case, etc.)

i think the only noise you have to worry about is the one from your GPU. esp if youre unlucky with the coil whines.
