[SOLVED] Air cooler installation on B550 motherboard

Hello, I have a few questions. I would be greatful if someone could clear my doubts. I built my last pc back in 2015 that too with the help of guy. But since then haven't been into building a pc, until now. So now I decided to build a new pc, which I intend to build myself as I am unable to find anyone to help me with. Have seen a lot of pc building guides and I am feeling somewhat confident. But I am confused about 2 things. First let me share my new pc specs.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro
16GB ADATA D50 3200Mhz RAM
INNO3D ICHILL RTX 3060TI
240GB M.2 SSD
1TB SEAGATE HDD
COOLER MASTER HYPER 410R RGB AIR COOLER
GIGABYTE 650WATT PSU
ANT ESPORTS ICE 511MT CASE

Now my 2 queries are,
1. While installing the Air cooler do I need to take out the preinstalled standoffs on the motherboard and install the backplate and stand off provided by Cooler master? Or can I use the preinstalled standoff to mount my Cooler Master Air cooler

2. What is the standoff layout for mATX motherboard?

If anyone can help me with these, I would be greatful

1. If you mean those black clamp things, those vary from cooler to cooler. Look for an AM4 installation video with that cooler. My hyper 212 rgb does not use the clamps and uses the backplate that cooler Master provided.

According to this, it uses the stuff that comes with the cooler.

2. Are you talking about the motherboard standoffs? The ones that are on the case?

If you are then top row 3 and middle row 3. (horizontal)

Mini itx uses top row 2 and middle 2
