What's the best air cooler for my cpu? (Ryzen 5 2600X)
I have a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro in a CoolerMaster MasterBox MB520 RGB with 2x8GB RAM G.Skill RipjawsV in slots 2,4.

I don't want liquid coolers.
The Air cooler must not exceed 164mm (height) due to case limitations.
Budget: Max 75€

I have an Arctic 33 eSports Edition (dual fan) cooler that worked Great on my 2600 (OC'd to 4 GHz).
I am now using it on a 3700x and it still works Great.
Artic released a new slightly better version of my cooler, the Arctic 34 eSports Duo:
