I’m building a new pc I pretty much bought everything I need

Cpu: intel i7 9700k
Gpu: evga 1070 sc
Mobo: MSi Z390 gaming plus
Case: NZXT- H510 compact atx mid tower
Psu: thermaltake 700w atx 80 plus
Ssd: Samsung ev 970
Ram: vengance corsair 2x8(16gb) 3200mhz
Cpu cooler: hyper 212 rgb

was wondering if my cooler was enough, I’ll pretty much only be playing fortnite low settings as I plan on running 240 FPS . I heard aio coolers are better but I don’t really know about over clocking or how turbo boost works so pretty much just need to know if my cooler is enough to play/steam a bit without damaging my cpu

Solution
The hyper 212 is insufficient for a 9700K. It will need either a high end air cooler or 240/280mm AIO.
AIO coolers are not 'better'. Both air and liquid have their pros and cons.
