Air Cooling or Water Cooling

I know this is kind of weird but suppose you have an option to create a custom water cooling for the exact same price as making an air cooled system which one would you choose?

If possible please list any negatives of points I should be aware when planning on using a water loop system.

Components of the System
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
RAM: Corsair White LED 16 GB 3000 Mhz
GPU: MSI 1070ti Titanium
Motherboard: MSI MB X370 Titanium
SSD: M.2 SSD 256GB Micron
PSU: 600Watt 80plus Gold
Cooling Components:
- XSPC Photon 170 Glass
- XSPC X4 Pump combo
- XSPC Fitting 17ea
- XSPC Raystorm Pro Silver
- XSPC PETG Silver 3meter
- XSPC Coolant Clear
- XSPC Raditor 240 Crossflow

Solution
Plug it in and go. Eventually you might worry about it going dry, but I've had one running for over 2 years and no worries. For most budgets though, air cools better for the money spent.

Does AIO Water require any maintenance or just plug it into the system and I'm good to go?

with water the rate of cooling has to be more then the rate that the processor heats it or it no good
a water system still has fans and air system fans can get pretty quite too nowadays
