Rear or top rear?

Do I want it directly in back of the cooler so it whisks away the heat given off almost immediately, or do I want a regular fan there since the heat is going that way anyway - there might be only one inch between the exhaust fan and heatsink - and put the super fan at the top rear so it's super pulling heat from the top of the cpu and heatsink(s) area?

This (final!) build has yet to be put together but I will start on it tomorrow first thing:

Motherboard - Gigabyte Z490 UD AC
CPU - I9 10850k
Cooler - DEEPCOOL Neptwin RGB
2 case fans 120, 1 Sickleflow 120 RGB, 1 Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200
Case - DIYPC DIY-F2-P Black / Purple SPCC Micro ATX Mini Tower
Ram - (2x8) x 2= 32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4
GPU - SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 570
PSU - Super Flower Leadex III Bronze PRO 750W - a month old
OS - Windows 10 Home version 20H2
1 Mushkin sata SSD - 500 GB
1 WD Blue sata SSD (not opened yet) - 500 GB
1 Hitachi HDD - 500 GB
1 Seagate former external HDD - 3 TB

I would put it as an INTAKE fan. Get as much cool air in as possible.

I would also suggest an intake fan. Simultaneously, be sure the area is not trapping cornerwise otherwise it could almost cancel the cooling out. Above all, be sure to take into account the CPU and RAM as well as its overclocking limits.
