Hello everyone!

I just got a new job heading up an IT refurbishing department, and I need to create a shopping list for everything that is needed to get the department started (tools, anti-static equipment, shelving, work benches, etc.). In the past, I've seen some sort of air filters or ionizers or something in areas where work is being done to exposed electronic equipment, I assume to protect the components from potential hazards in the air like particulates, static, moisture, I don't know.

Does anybody have an idea of what I could purchase to purify or perfect the air for an environment with sensitive electronic components in it?

I'm also open to any other suggestions for equipment that I might need for this department.

And don't forget that you need to have an active ESD training routine with objective evidence that your people are following the requirements.
Do you have a certification authority that you have to pass audits? Work with your QA folks to ensure you meet all THEIR requirements.
