Air flow around case?

I have a corsair 212 evo CPU cooler and corsair 8gb vengeance RAM. I had the fan on the CPU facing the front of my case. I then had to move it to the other side to make room for this rather large RAM.
I then installed an Arctic rear case fan just below my PSU.
I am overclocked from 2.8ghz to 3.0ghz at this moment and my highest temp on average for each core is 65 degrees Celsius.
I want to know is my airflow good as a lot of cool air does come out of the case but i also realised that my fan could be dragging warm air from the front of the case across my CPU then out the back exhaust. If there IS a problem, can you give me a fix? Like maybe changing the fan to pull?>

the increase in temps will be negligible to the coolers performance as you would have been pushing the same air regardless of where you put the fan.
the cooler on the other hand may suffer. some with inline heat pipes dont like having a pull only fan confiig. if the heatpipes are stepped then its not an issue (yours are stepped).
