Alright, so I have a question that I am not really sure of.

Does it make any difference no matter what side the fans are on an AIO radiator? So basically it's pulling air through the radiator instead of pushing it. (Not really sure how to word this, hope you get it?)

Solution
If the blue represents intake air I think the left diagram is best.
If the blue represents exhaust air, the right diagram is best.
I like prioritizing getting air out of the case better.

If you are having no temperature issues, you need do nothing.

Well no I think you may have misunderstood it. Here is actually a representation.

Red is the radiator, gray is the fans. Will there be any noticable temperature difference in the two. The blue lines is simply air.

A fan pushing air through the radiator is likely to be stronger than a fan on the opposite side pulling air through the radiator.

Perhaps a better question is should the radiator be drawing in fresh air from the outside to cool the cpu better, at the expense of heating up the motherboard and graphics parts.
or, should the radiator expel hot air out of the case at the expense of not as efficiently cooling the cpu.

What is your case?
What are the cpu and gpu?
What is your aio?
Or, are these all prospective parts?

Case is a Carbide Series 270R
CPU: 7600k
GPU: R9 280x
AIO: H100i V2

I always have it as an intake, I am just not sure if the intake will be effected by what side the fans are on.

Are you having a heat problem with your cpu or gpu?
I think I would prioritize getting hot air out of the case.
That would mean mounting the radiator on top with the fans sending air from inside the case and out the top.
If you can have the fans inside the radiator, I think that would be more effective than sandwiched between the radiator and the top of the case.

Not having a problem, just asking if there is any difference between the two pictures I posted.
