i have 3 case cooling fan and my case doesnt have front grill only i can place one fan at the rear of the case and 3 fans at right side of the case .....my motheboard is vertically placed ...so which is the best setup to cool the case and i am not worried about dust because i can clean it everyday i just want to keep it cool

in at the front/side/bottom, out at the top/back. Cleaning it every day will cause more problems than it solves.

Mount the fans as suggested above. Then be sure to also mount dust filters in the intake sides of the intake fans to prevent dust coming in. That way you do not have to disturb everything inside with frequent dust removal. From time to time, remove the FILTERS and clean them, then replace.
