Question Air from ventilators are very small

Hi guys, I have bought MSI GP62-7RDX notebook 2 years ago. Recently I found my laptop to be overheated very easily, and normally got bluescreened after my CPU reaches 70-80 degree. After pressing the cooler button, the fans work but there is almost no air coming out from ventilators.

I was thinking if it was dust or thermal paste, therefore I brought to a service shop and changed the thermal paste and clean it up. The technician told me it was my fans that are not working properly instead of dust, and still, no air is coming out from vents.

I would like to ask what is the possible reasons to cause this and what can I do to solve this problem? Thank you guys~

Did the technician suggest or quote you on a fix? or just send you on your way with that information?

Not that I believe that the fan(s) in a 2-year-old laptop would be going bad already, but neither would I tell someone they have failing equipment and just send them on their way.
