Here's how I see this:

You were driving
Dicking around on the tablet, not looking out the window
Got into a crash, hard enough for the airbag to deploy
Said airbag deployment cracked the tablet case

Boo hoo hoo.
Feel lucky it was only the tablet case.

Buy a new one.

I really want to see a tablet with an airbag now. But yeah, if you were using your tablet while driving, lesson learned, this could have been "Airbag deployed on my face..cracked open my skull now i cant close it and also my brain is leaking out of my eyeballs".
