Aircooling or Watercooling for these circumstances?

I'm building a PC, and I planned to use a large air CPU cooler for my i7 4770K, which I'm planning to overclock to 4.5 GHz or higher.
It would save me a lot of hassle if I didn't have to worry about low-profile RAM. The problem is, I would have to move the computer after I build and test it, and I'm not entirely familiar with reliable, high-performance components for watercooling. I've seen videos of systems ruined while watercooling, and I'm a bit daunted. What would you recommend in these circumstances?

I'd go with a Corsair H100i or H110. It will more then handle that overclock, it's closed loop, 5 year warranty.

If that won't fit in the case (you didn't tell us what it was going into) then go with the H80i.

You'll be able to use whatever RAM you want with these, and there won't be any possible weight issues to be concerned with if you have to move the computer (as in a heavy air cooler on the cpu and motherboard).
