Which airflow type is best? Negative or Positive? I’ve heard it’s positive, but I’m confused on how to achieve it. I have 3 120mm fans with 50.42 CFM and 1 140mm fan with 68.95 CFM. I also have 3 120mm fans with 18.28-73.11 CFM.
Space:
Front: 3x 120mm
Back: 1x 140mm
Top: 3x 120mm
(3x 120mm fans will need to go on rad, preferably mounted on top)

Solution
If you have 3x120mm in front then just have 3x120 exhausting through the rad at the top. Your intake will have greater airflow compared to the 3 pushing air through the rad. That will give you a positive air pressure, which is preferred.
No need for the 140mm at the back. You don't want it fighting for air with your top exhaust anyway.
