Airflow problem: resonating case- one exhaust (rear), two intakes (front), humming noise. Resonance? What to do?

Hello community,
so I am currently having this problem with my new, and very first, build. I have three fans installed, two front intake and one rear exhaust- the classical setup or so I gathered. The problem is, the computer is giving out this low to mid high humming noise (I really do not know how to better describe it). I did a few experiments- tried to run the computer with only one fan, testing which one was creating the noise. The fans themselves are quiet enough. although when I had two front fans running and the rear exhaust was not spinning, the annoying sound disappeared. It is only with the rear fan spinning that the humming noise occurs. The fan itself, however, is quiet enough, and the fan from my CPU cooler is quiet also. They are all Noctua fans, so low noise levels are to be expected. I just dont know what to do- I need an exhaust fan. Maybe I should abandon the position in the back, and install one to the rear to position? I would be really glad for any tips.
My case is Fractal Design Define R4, my fans are Noctua PWM fans (one 120 mm two 140 mm) and my CPU cooler is Noctua NH-D15 (its fan blowing air right into the rear exhaust fan. I originally thought that would be a good idea, but maybe not so much?)
Any suggestions are warmly welcomed, I am getting really irritated by that noise (It is not very loud, but still annoying enough to make your head hurt) Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks, I'll try that :) The Define R4 has some noise dampening already installed, though, so I thought that would be enough. Apparently not... I would still try to figure out a solution to the cause of this occurence... I mean, a silent case like R4 and "super silent" fans like Noctua should not make a head-splitting noise. There must be a better way to arrange them, I believe... but the noise dampening pads are, of course, an option, and I would look into buying some in my country, if I can... thanks, in my panic this didn't occur to me :)
