AirFlow problems in my system

I would like to ask suggestions what be better?

If I have 2 Af140 front intake, 2 Af120 top exhaust, if i were to put my h60 cpu cooler at the back of my case..... Am i going to put as intake or exhaust ?

If I am to attach it as an exhaust, is it ok to make my top fans play as intakes-making the h60 the only exhaust or stay the top fans as exhaust?

You should be fine with 2 top exhausts, 2 front intakes, and using your h60 as an intake to cool the radiator with ambient air. I wouldn't suggest using your radiator fan as an exhaust if you have a hot running graphics card. You'd be surprised how hot it can make the inside of a case. Also you don't want to use top fans as intakes as hot air rises and it would be going against the natural convection currents.
