AIW radeon audio prob

Greetings all,

I believe others may have had a similar problem and I have done anything and everything to try to remedy the problem but im out of ideas.

I cant get any audio through the TV function.
My system is an AIW 9800 pro with cat 3.9's/mmc 8.7 with an ABIT NF7-S rev2 with the latest nforce2 3.13's with logitech z680s

I am using the onboard soundcard and have connected the speakers up via optical cable. I followed the ati instructions and have the A/V out connected to the line in on the soundcard, run the mmc wizard, do line-in, nothing is muted and I get no sound.
ive moved the connector around the all the inputs on the soundcard and flipped through all the inputs in the wizard

I have now tried connected the AIW 9800 internally via the onboard cd out to the M/B CD1-in port, and still nothing.

what am I doing wrong here????

any light is greatly appreciated

Maybe the software is configured to use a different input? Try starting the TV app, then open up volume controls and turn everything up.

ypu may have to hookup the speakers to standard minijack out....Optical cables may not be routed to audio in.
