is alcatel flash plus a good mobile to consider under 10k and is alcatel a good brand

i know alcatel from their time when gsm`s had no color screen and no polyphonic melodies. Its certainly a brand worth checking out since my gsm (from that time) still works fine. Recently got an Alcatel smartphone and although its a bit slow i still like it. Not sure how good will the one you ask will be. Just be aware that every brand have screw-ups
