Last night I had my friend help me give my motherboard and graphics card an alcohol bath after a water spill. We had to use 70% Isopropyl. How long should I wait for it to dry? Should the parts be fine after drying out? We also cleaned my power supply's pcb

Ok, then what about now, are my parts ruined?

Solution
That was not a good idea..

If water had spilled on it, all you had to do is leave it in the sun for about a week.

Well.

70% is to watery so otherthings could have happened.

Remove CMOS battery.

Remove heat sinks and let them dry.

Maybe for a good 2 weeks.

It's better to use 90%, as 70% is rather watery and will not exhibit significant hydrophilic properties in drawing out moisture. Overnight or 24 hours are standard points of how long to leave electronics out to dry.

Better is to submerge electronics in rice, or run dehumidified air through with a fan

Are my parts ruined then?

Did you remove the CMOS battery before bathing them? I doubt it will be damaged, but make sure it is COMPLETELY dry. Like 1 week under a fan.
