I had to remove my thermal paste from my CPU, I only had ethyl alcohol so I used that, since I read that it was ok.
The only thing is that, I cleaned the thermal paste, and I didn't wait, I "immediately" put the new thermal paste on the CPU, and then installed the heatsink, I turned it on and temperatures look fine, what should I do? Is it dangerous to leave it like this?

If the temps are fine, I wouldn't worry about it. If it still bothers you, though, re-do it. Get some Isopropyl alcohol to clean the CPU/Cooler. Let it dry (only takes a few seconds), and then reinstall the cooler.

Yeah, I just waited some minutes before putting the new thermal paste, it was 90% ethyl alcohol, so I think it dries pretty fast.
