Aleinware M17X R3 Need to enable Network Card

I had some major issues with my Alienwre M17X R3 and reinstalled Windows and am able to get all the drivers installed but the network wifi drivers. My system tells me that the network card is disabled. How do I enable the network card? Thanks. BTW Dell was useless and wanted to charge me $200 for the answer.

If there is some sort of wireless icon, switch, or button on the laptop make sure that is switched on, or the light is on. I've had this problem a lot with laptops, always forget to flip that one pesky switch!
