Aliemware 15 r2 not booting

Aliemware 15 r2 not booting i finally brought it yesterday everything was goin well suddenly when i unplugged the usb mouse the screen gone black and some blue stripes appeared in my screen then the screen again gone black.After that boot options appeared when tried to access it got stuck then i powered on after sometime the alienware logo appears but doesnt boot to windows 10 is this software or hardware issue.

Given current info I'm leaning towards a hardware issue. If you bought it yesterday, then it might be best to return it to the place of purchase.
