Besides the HDR cert, the rest are major pluses in my book.

It’s only a matter of time before nvidia or vendors decide the extra hardware and cost for gsync cert aren’t worth it (hence this monitor) and nvidia stops supporting gsync.

Humans can't perceive beyond 120hz or so, anything more is a gimmick and anyone paying money specifically for that feature is letting themselves be scammed. Ultra low latency which is a legit thing doesn't need refresh rates like that to be achieved.
