Question Alienware 15 R3 i7 7820HK temperature sensor fault? Help

I have alienware 15 R3 for couple of Years now. I always thought its normal that CPU temperatures are changing quick. But this what is happening in my system is against the laws of physics. Does it mean my processor or motherboard is faulty? It is like that from new. I put short video of CPUID readings. Is it normal or repairable, if its a fault?

It is fairly normal for the temps to change fast....if that's what your getting at.
Although I do think the temps are high.

Temperatures jumping 20 degree up and down in splits of seconds. Now temperatures are not too high because it got repaste Yesterday. But check the sensor readings. Looks weird. Temperature jumps instantly from 40 to 70 and back to 40 in less than a second. Is it a faulty processor or mainboard?
