Alienware 17 vs. NP9570

Hello people! I'm looking to get a powerful gaming laptop and the Alienware 17 and NP9570 (Sager) caught my eye. Which one is worth getting over the other?

The Sager NP9570 is the fastest laptop in the market.

The Sager would definitely be considerably quicker- the Alienware has a mobile Core i7 + a single mobile GPU, whereas the Sager has a desktop Core i7 (Massive performance boost over mobile) and mobile dual GPUs (Ideally, 50% faster). You don't usually say this, but the Alienware is more portable and will probably generate less heat, while the Sager will be considerably faster, and probably run hotter under load.

under load? I'm pretty sure SLI configs cannot be turned off, so that kind of battery life could be expected while idle.

From what I heard the Sager can get a good hour and a half out of a charge, but I haven't seen it so I don't know to what extent that is true

You can build a mini-ITX build if you want small portable PC.
Gaming laptops are not worth the money because they have high price, poor performance for gaming and very low batter life (after one hour gaming you'll have to find wall socket to charge your laptop which is a bit ridiculous 😀).

As much as I would love to build a PC (I really would) I need something portable with GREAT processing power. I'll be participating in some robotics competitions whilst in university, and I need a laptop capable of handling intense programs. PCs just won't be helpful in that aspect :/
